BAD CALL CENTRE SERVICE

I tried getting my account balance from the call centre as I haven't received my statement in the mail due to the strike by the post office. I spoke to 2 persons at your call centre and where told that the info I gave them where not correct and they couldn't access my account. I gave them my ID and postal address and still no success.

I'm sorry but that is unacceptable.
