I applied for a new contract with Cell C, because one of my contracts with Vodacom were up for renewal and had to get away from them of bad service. My contract were approved quick and ordered a phone which was to delivered in 7 working days. I dont here nothing from them again and thought to phone them to find out where the phone is, but cant get through. I send sms to them - no answer back. I emailed them - no return of email. After 2 days I decide to phone again and eventually after 10min get through to a person only to tel me there is a backlog on the phones and they will have a meeting this coming Thursday about the backlogs. I must phone them again, because they cant phone me the lines is only for incoming calls. They cant tell me also why nobody answered the sms or email. It looks like I do business with them and not they doing business with me. This can be the only explanation, thats why I must phone them, probably paying me for the 2 years and not me paying them. To think leaving on bad company for another one, wheres this country going to. Probably why the CEO doesn't last
