I went into the Vincent branch over 3 weeks ago for an upgrade and a sim swap. The sim swap was done and my sim is active, however when i did my upgrade I was told that the handset that I wanted was not available and would have to be ordered. I was told that I would be contacted when it arrives and till today I have had no communication from autopage with regards to the progress of my handset. I have contacted them numerous times and I keep getting the same story over and over again. Some story about changing suppliers and logistics department. Every time I call I am told that they will check if it has arrived or not and call me back, they never do. i have even physically gone to the premises in person and it was still the same story. It's almost a month now that I have been waiting to receive a simple Nokia Asha 303 handset.
