I did my upgrade of my cell phone contract approx a month ago and was told my new phone would take 2 weeks maximum well i still do not have a phone. After numerous phone calls to the branch to be told your phone is on back order but we cannot give you a date of delivery. I am paying my contract but have no phone.
Now i am told to choice a different handset if i want a phone now. Why offer a handset if you cannot get stock? Why was i not contacted but have had to keep phoning autopage myself?
This is disgusting service!!!
