Took out a new contract, returned the handset after 2 days because it was not an LTE model, waited 3 weeks, spent hours with call centre operators and not one of them knew what LTE is all about, got delivered exact same phone, after various calls again ended up speaking to Sipho, eventually they agreed to cancell the contract because i wasn't happy with their service or product.
this was 2 weeks after i lodged a complaint on get closure and guess what, i had to phone Cell C again --complaint no was 65386 on 28/05/2013
When Sipho cancelled i was told i will be billed for usage to which i agreed, they have billed me twice now for two full months subscription the last on Sunday 13/07/2013
a-the contract was cancelled after 5 weeks not 8
b-i had the phone physically for 5 days not 8 weeks
how the can i pay R1500 plus for this, i then requested them to send me itemised billing -still waiting
got threatened with their legal department -still waiting gor someone from legal department
i'm also going to lodge a complaint with the consumer board.
