Call Debbie, if you need help with Heita (8ta) cell phone service provider.

Last week I contact Heita Customer service line to inquire about their data offers, but they could not help me over the phone, and insisted that I need to go to one of there stores.
After a long struggle, I got hold of Debbie at the kollenade retail park store over the phone.
I explained to her what I was looking for, and she immediately answered my questions and was very good in making suggestions. She emailed me the application form shortly after our conversation.
I got all the forms ready, faxed it through to her, she then called me back saying every thing looks good with the paper work and that she was going to proses it strait away. She also explained that I might only receive the device the following week, which I had no problem with. To my surprise she phoned me the following morning, saying the application was approved and that I can pick up the device immediately.

All in a nut shell...
If it was not for Debbie, I would not be a client of Heita today.
I strongly urge Heita to get all there customer service related personnel up to Debbie's standard.
