POOR SERVICE

Upon contacting your Heita call centre from the 25th September to date I have received the utmost unprofessionable unacceptable despicable service. My line has now been suspended and my debit order has gone off twice. I call into the call centre and I am on the line for nothing less than 13 minutes without being helped. The consultants Neo, Simagele and Sabelo i have dealt with advised that the money would be reversed and that I shouldn't stress. Upon following up again because it wasn't reversed they now hang up the phone. I do not have time for utter rubbish and poor service, if this is not rectified within the next 24 hours I have no choice other than to take this up with an Attorney and see this matter in court. Heita is the most unhelpful and not user friendly network I have ever used.
