Service Provider? No Service = Breach of Contract

Service Problem 1: I took out a contract for an iPhone 5, when I eventually downloaded iOS7 I asked for advice on the product from Heita. They told me they cannot help me I must go to the iStore. I got a phone from Heita, they should support the product.
Service Problem 2: I then tried to cancel my contact. I was told I could only do that by contacting [Email Removed] Since 23 September I have sent 20 emails there, with no response. I have emailed others and have no results. I was eventually told that they would not cancel my contract without charges. So I sold the phone and I keep paying.
Service Problem 3: I have asked for a balance to pay to cancel and another 5 mails have not worked.
Service Problem 4: I phoned 081180 today to ask for a balnace, I was told I must go to a store.

Useless, no service, why should I pay a company that calls themself a service provider when they don't provide what they are supposed to sell.
I was looking for a settlement balance, but now I am so fed up with the way I am being treated that I believe I am owed a cancellation.
