I obtained a data contract from Nashua Mobile for my son to use for school work. I requested a cap of R150 on the account. A further R50.00 was given for emergency purposes, on which I would be notified per sms and a hard close would take effect when R200.00 is reached. That was the agreement.
I was billed R1, 526.26 for January 2013. When I enquired at Nashua mobile they told me that the cap was nit guarenteed and that they only enforce the close every morning. VERY CONVENIENT FOR NASHUA MOBILE. I never received a sms.
