Hi
I took in my wifes blackberry that just went completely dead. the sales person was helpful and took the phone in. 2 weeks later i get a call from mtn saying the phone is under guarentee but it will cost 2000.00 to repair as it has impact damage. the phone has no sign of impact damage and it did not fall or anything . it just went dead. i am very upset with their attitude and if its not resolved, i wont do any more upgrades with mtn
