NO SIGNAL - RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE

I subscribed to a data contract during the month of September 2013. I soon realised that we did not have sufficient 3G coverage, even though the signal coverage was confirmed in store at Clearwater Mall. Michelle at Clearwater Mall has gone the extra mile, made sure that my issue was raised and is being attended to. Very soon an agent contacted us to arrange for a technician to come to our house and investigate. The technician, Rodeen not only showed up on time, but was 10 minutes early! Unfortunately our signal problem could not be resolved and the issue was raised with another department for investigation. Within 2 days an agent again contacted me to arrange for the technician Rodeen to come out and follow up on the signal issue. Lets hope we sort out the signal soon!

Furthermore, I was not billed for the month of September. I am very impressed. Thank you for the great service!
