Poor signal is the flavour of the day

I have had 8ta 3g since december 2012 and have had poor signal ever since, even though the sales rep who sold me this 10 gig package of which i baught two assured me of downloads of up to 21 mps and minimum of 10mps which i get 3 if i am lucky and uploads of of 10mps with a minimum of 5mps of which i get .4kbps, they have sent a tech to my premises and he cant even get on to the network, the excuse poor signal, now i am stuck with a two year contract for two products of which i am paying for a service i am not getting, now i want to install a signal booster or repeater at my premises to get the signal that was promised to me, 8ta i need to know the frequency of your 3g network to spend another R5000, 00 on a repeater to get the service promised to me or i want your lte, please respond in a manner which shows your comitment to your clients and not in a manner which just leaves us hanging. the excuse of poor signal does not do it for me and seems to be the norm of alot of complaints regarding this issue since the begining of 2012, how long before you actualy attempt to fix a problem that you are aware of "POOR SIGNAL"
