Hi There,
I phoned the above mentioned supplier to enquire about cancelling my cell phone contract today because due to unforseen circumstances I cannot afford to pay it anymore. I was told by their customer service department that I had to pay up till my contract end May 2014 in order for them to follow through with the cancellation. I have had to cancel other agreements as well because of financial difficulty and I have no problems with other institutions. All I had to pay was one month's notice.
Surely there is something that I can do to get out of this contract. I mean I simply cannot afford to pay it anymore.
I hope you can help me with this dilema.
