Ongoing accounts query

November 2012 - added a data bundle to 0718956974 and removed BIS. Consultant insisted i added 1GB of data as the special running was R99 for the bundle and was available until end Feb 2013.
December 2012 - First bill reflected i was charged R289. When enquired, i was told that there was no such special. Followed up again that month and a different consultant insisted that there is a special like that
January 2013 - Escalated to supervisor who requested copy of call with consultants. Nothing else heard from MTN and no news of refund
February 2013 - Again followed up after lodging complaint on Hello Peter. Consultant was insistant that the query will be resolved and that he will substantiate reversal. He agreed with me BUT still requested yet agian a copy of the recording with consultant
March 2013 - No news at all from MTN. Consultant called randomly to check if i am happy with service. I indicated my frustrations.
April 2013 - Request for Mobile Number Portability to different network. Tired of fighting against inefficient, unhelpful, incompetant people
