I got a dsl service in oct 2012. The service costs 502.96 per month. Yet they deduct a 1000.00 rand a month and then have the nerv to tell me I am 700.00 in arrears in march 2013! Attempts to contact telkom via their online system or calling them direct (first time waited for 32 min's) second time 26 min) both times the phone was put down in my ear! And yet my dsl line is still offline and no way to sort this out. They are a bunch of. Considering legal action or at the very least contacting the CPA and Icassa.
