My line has been broken since November 2012 it is now December 2013 and still i have not had any success with telkom at all. [URL Removed] that is supposed to be a 4mb line!! and i am paying over R500 for that line for a year and still i have not had the service work propperly for any period of time longer than 5 hours. As a gamer i can not live with 240ms delay on the line and some times its even as high as 2600ms!!! But still telkom charges me R500 a month and give me no usable service. How is this even legal? they keep saying give us your telephone number we will fix this .. i have made multiple plees on hello peter i have contacted telkom several times and they have even banned me from their facebook page cause i kept asking them to fix my line and sharing my bad experience of telkom with EVERYONE as a warning for them not to fall in the same trap and have telkom take all their hard earned money and supplying no service!!! i demand telkom gives me back the money the have taken from me over the past year or at least fix the line and give me credit to the same amount!!
