It required two follow-up posts over several months to get some action.
Visits by 8ta/Telkom with testing equipment confirmed a problem with 8ta/Telkom's towers.
We were promised the matter would be resolved and eventually by November thing seems to improve.
It didn't last long, by mid December we were back to slower than dial-up internet with latency times of over 400ms.
To date there has been no improvement.
What are my options here 8ta/Telkom?
Do I need to lodge a complaint with ICASA or NCC?
