Subscribed on a handset incapable of WAP services

I discovered from 24 November MIRA014 has been billing me R6.15 per day.
This allegedly occurred by me opting into a subscription service through a WAP activation link. My handset dates back to 2001 and is incapable of WAP.

I require a full refund. Else provide proof of subscription.

If not I will go to the police with a charge of, contact Consumer Watch, Carte Blanche, 702 Radio, ICASA, WASPA, Kampvegter, to name but a few. There will be a Facebook page, posts on forums, and other consumer related forums. I happen to be a Grand Master on the [URL Removed] discussion forum, one of the top 10 websites in SA for 2012. You have messed with the wrong person.

I will be relentless in my quest to bring as much damage to your company's reputation as I can.

Refund all money's that you magically started to deduct from my account from the 24th of November (and I see you deducted twice on said day)

Do not take this complaint lightly. An "unsubscribe" is NOT sufficient.

Your call centre mentioned someone else I have to call. MIRA money out of my account. MIRA must therefore process the refund.
