MIRA NETWORKS - SUBSCRIPTION (OR NOT!!)

Not having itemised billing I was surprised that 2 months in a row I ran out of airtime, so on investigation with my service provider I was informed that I was subscribed to something though Mira Networks for R7/day - WHAT??? I immediately cancelled the so called subscription as I was certainly not aware of this and then I wrote to WASPA to complain. I was informed that they would forward my complaint to Mira. After 2 weeks I received what was supposed to be proof of my subscription, which was basically a spreadsheet with some data on it, which in all honesty any could have typed up and this is supposed to be proof!!! Why then do I not have anything on my cellphone which shows me the sms's that I was supposed to have sent??? But needless to say, because of the so called proof that they have that I subscribed to this "service" they will not be refunding me the - R300 which they!!! Please everybody watch out for this company because this is clearly a and in this day and age of the Consumer Protection Act this sort of thing should not be allowed to continue and yet day in, day out people are being conned out of their money by companies such as this!! Unhappy
