I discovered from beginning of June 2013 MIRA014 has been billing me R7 sometimes R 14 per day.
This allegedly occurred by me opting into a subscription service through a WAP activation link or on the internet. Unfortunately I don't remember subscribing to such service.
Why is there no one at call centre and does it take 48 hours unsubscribe.
I require a full refund. Else provide proof of subscription.
