I posted a complaint on this site a week ago. Since then, someone did phone me and we spoke about my experience. To date nothing has changed. I am sending emails and making phone calls but to no avail. I have sent a total of 8 emails this past weekand did not get one single response. They send my read receipts but they do not reply to the questions I have. I cannot get any information of update on my situation: I have been waiting 18 days to get my brand new (broken) phone back from Vodacom. I sent it in order to get a new one. They said it would take 7 days... I am the most frustrated person in Cape Town today!! I phoned the repair centre, they said that the phone has not been booked in. The branch siad they did book it in... so where is my phone?? And when can i get it back?? This is totally unacceptable!!!
