SOME ONE PLEASE PHONE ME AND HELP ME
COS IM WITH VODACOM SERVICE NOW
THIS IS MY SECOND COMPLAINT WITHING 14 DAYS COS MY FIRST COMPLAINT IS STILL NOT RESOLVED...
I HAVE BEEN PHONING ALMOST EVERY DAY, AND ALL I GET IS WE WORKING ON IT
AND TODAY I WAS IRRITATED COS WHEN I PHONE THE LADY I SPOKE TO GAVE ME ATTITUDE FROM THE ONSET, SO I GOT IRRITATED AND STARTED SHOUTING, THEN SHE PUTS THE PHONE DOWN ON ME INSTEAD OF HEARING ME OUT., AND TRYING TO ASSIST ME
COS AFTER 14 DAYS I STILL HAVE THE WRONG PHONE DELIVERED TO ME AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE NEW PHONE TO ARRIVED
TODAY I PHONED AT 16:24 WITH THE NUMBER 0845823022...
THAT LADY MUST APOLOGISE TO ME..
PLUS I NEED MY NEW PHONE AND THIS WRONG PHONE TO BE COLLECTED
IN THIS LIFE TIME
14 DAYS
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE...

I AM TIRED OF THIS
THEY NEED TO CATCH A WAKE UP NOW
IF I CHANGED THE NETWORK EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE...
BUT NOOO I DECIDED TO STAY, AND NOW I GET THIS
