I have now tried for months to get Mweb to get a Telkom technician to come and fix my problem. A technician came out about a month and a half ago, got a personal call and had to leave for personal reasons. He said that a line had to be replaced outside my house and that he would be back the next day at 08:00. Since then, NOTHING!! I have phoned about copious times and every time my query is being 'ESCALATED' and a technician will be sent out. As I have said NOTHING. I am paying my full monthly fee, WHY NO SERVICE???
Apparently I am not an important enough customer to these people. Thank you Mweb, thank you for nothing. I have had this reference number for ages now: 1057153. I actually now know it by heart.
