I pay Mweb every month for ADSL Line rental. Now that I have a problem on my line I must pay a call out fee if they come out and there is nothing wrong. That was never in the terms and conditions when I signed on!
The last time I had this issue, no one said anything about call out charges! now all of a sudden i must pay for another company's services which I don't pay every month???
I refuse to pay if telkom comes to my house (when my internet is working at that time) and they charge me because nothing is wrong. If Mweb wants to send out a technician they must do it on my call when I have an problem!
