After my fist complaint one phone call attempt was made, which I could not answer as I was in a meeting. Eventually my husband posted a message on Facebook which was immediately responded to and and Asanda upgraded my contract on Friday 15 March and assured my I will be getting my phone early this week.
When I phoned today to follow up when my phone will be delivered I was told that they are out of stock again (and they were in fact out of stock on Thursday already) before my upgrade was done and I might get my phone next week.
But now my contract has already been upgraded and I am unable to use my BBM, no e-mails are coming through on my phone and my internet is not working. Needless to say i am livid!
