I was due for an upgrade on my contract, so i decided to go into vodacom shop in Bloemfontein, water front mall (26 February 2013) to do my upgade there because i was in their city for work purposes. I wanted a galaxy tab2, silver in colour but the sales person told me that they did not have it in stock. I then asked when will they have it and he said before the end of the week. I then asked him "if i buy this cell phone here will i get it before i leave on friday because i don't leave in Bloemfontein" and he replied me and said yes, you will have the cell phone before friday. I was then asked to pay an adminsitration fee of R150. To my surprise, I ended up leaving Bloemfontein without receiving my cell phone, so after that i was promised that it will be delivered to my home. After 2 weeks of awaiting with no response from them, i then decided to cancel my order with them and get the cell phone from the vodacom in Johannesburg. The vodacom in Bloemfontien asked me to email them my banking details so that they can refund me back my money (R150). It has been a month now and they still have not refunded me of my money. I do still have the receipt which they gave me when i paid the.
