R6000 for 1 days Roaming!!! and account suspended

I just returned from a 1 week visit to Greece. My phone stopped working on day 1 while I was there but assumed it was another issue. On returning I hear a voice message that my account has been suspended. I then phoned the service desk who mentioned I had spent R6000 in 1 day (who knows how) and that I needed to pay R3500 to reconnect. This left me at the airport unable to contact my lift and running a round to find a pay phone. I then thought I'd pay the amount this morning to at least get my phone connected until they can tell me what the R6000 is for as they can't tell me. However I have paid and phone still not connected. Been forwarded to credit control or something. I am on contract and have a debit order with Cell C. Why are they worried about payment. They can take it whenever they want. I am now suffering without a phone and no means of communication. This is a violation of the Contract I signed. And the service from Cell C is shocking! I am regretting moving to Cell C from Vodacom. I see there is another complaint for a similiar thing. Maybe a problem in your system???
