Poor Service from day one

6 months ago I renewed my contract with Nashua Mobile, its been a terrible experience dealing with the consultants from Nashua Mobile Liberty Mall and the call centre. From day one there were numerous problems with the new contract. Every problem experienced was only solved temporally and the consultant seemed disinterested and was unsure of how to handle the problem when I raised questions. I am currently still awaiting feedback for the query which I had logged at the store on Sunday. I was promised a call back on Monday, till now no joy has come off this matter. I have done a sim swap but still have the same problems, all i'm asking is for a phone that works without me resetting it every day!! if you cant fix the problem without disadvantaging me, cancel this contract as you are not keeping up to your end of the deal. if this is not resolved i will be referring the matter to consumer ombud. If the device is faulty replace it!! how hard can that be!!! g
