Unfaily Black listed / I am disgusted

I have a contract with Cell C which is ending this year in March (2014). In our contract we agreed that I will pay R39 for two phones for the next two year. I have been paying this amount via debit order without fail. Only now in September 2013 Cell C activated another line without my concern and they say I am in arrears with R288.92 which I absolutely don't have idea about it. How can Cell C realise only in September 2013 after a year and almost 7 month that I have to pay for the second number. Furthermore, in our agreement I only agreed to pay R39 for the duration of two years. Now Cell C has submitted my name to the credit bureau and I can't get finance for other things that I need to do urgently. Cell C is behaving exactly like fly by night campanies; I regret the day I took the contract with them. Now they telling me to wait for 48 hours before they can tell me what when wrong. Surely if you are planning to sign a contract with Cell C anytime soon or later you need to start thinking twice. The legal consultant that I spoken to today, she refused to give me her name saying this enguiry is for sale, hence the legal department their the one responsible for black listing
