Incorrect Billing and Bad Service

I asked for my debit order date to be changed to the 22nd of each month from the 25 th a month ago. To my surprise come the 22nd this did not run, I called your home loans department on the 22nd, they assured me that It would run by the end of the day and by the end of the day nothing had been done about the matter. I then called again the following day, same result, in fact the lady I spoke to was rude and stated that it was a mistake on their behalf and that it was amended to the 22nd of Feb and not from Jan.

I called again on the 24th and still nothing, since then I have been receiving text messages informing me that my home loans account is in arrears! This is all because of Standard bank, that is not my own doing.

I got another call from a lady called Khanyisa also advising me of the arrears, don't people talk to each other? Yesterday it was a lady named Tintswalo Aren't notes logged on any of your systems at all?

It's patronizing how when something is "owed" you would all of a sudden respond as efficiently as that, all because it benefits your pockets.

And now i have been charged for the transfer and yet this is your own doing!!! What is going here?!
