I took in a TV for a warranty repair on the 22 of November and was told it would take 10-14 days. I returned two weeks later but they had heard nothing and said I should have been told 10 - 14 working days. I returned a week later as I had still not heard anything and the lady apologised and promised me she would phone me personally within two days to tell me what was happening. Once again I returned the followingweek, very upset now as it had almost been a month, a young guy apologised and promised me he would follow up and get back to me the following morning!!! Alas still not a word from hifi staff about the problem. As a last resort I logged onto the hifi corp website and logged a complaint, that was four days ago and not a word either. Surely such a large company does not intentionally offer such terrible after sales service!!! Something is seriously wrong with the way this has been handled, we have been without a TV now for a month and each trip in to PE is 70km either way! Very disappointed, as I have been a very loyal customer!!
