4 Months still no replacement phone!!!

My cellphone stopped working in Dec 2012. I took it to the nearest branch in CT who needed to send it to the repair centre for an assessment. I received it back a month later, still not working and in exactly the same condition. Their response was to send it back, which I reluctantly agreed to. Another month later and I get the phone back, still not fixed and not working. This time they say it has been water damaged, but later admit this was an error on their side. Time to send the phone back again, this now the third time. I receive it back (after a number of weeks) and it works for a grand total of a few hours, before its not functioning again. I've tried the retail outlets, the callcentres, even managed to get a managers number who initially was very good but doesnt return any calls now. The head of technical has also stopped following up after promising a replacement, almost 4 weeks ago now. so, 4 months later, no phone, a temporary SIM, and no prospect of resolving it! I'm out of options
