What more must I do??

I was in Port Elizabeth in November and I went into the 8ta store. I had previously switched to FNB and needed to change my details so that my debit order would remain successful. I asked specifically after I had completed this process in store if this was the last of it and that it was successful. The consultant said yes!

My account with ABSA is still being debited and this is giving me a terrible credit rating because my account details are incorrect. Please have this changed!
