I bought a IPHONE 5 a week ago from 8ta store with smart plan 100, but i couldn't send a message to other cellphones, i understood this problem 5th day but i let them know on the 7th day. they responded me, there is a problem in these devices and we will solve it and you should wait for updated software, i asked them to solve my problem because i need my sms service, even if the solution is refund the device and contract because the device doesn't work well, but they stated the problem isn't related to telekom commutation service and is related to device (IPHONE), while i bought that faulty device SIM from them.
I bought this device just a week ago, there is a problem on this device, i wanna refund my contract or cellphone or at least change it.
