ARREARS THAT NOBODY CAN EXPLAIN!!!

On 13/02/2013 I settled 3 accounts that I had with Vodacom. This means that I used their airtime for half the month. Then they tried to debit my account for R6142.39 at the end of the month. I called immediately to find out what that was for as was sent from pilar to post, with some consultants telling me that the bulk of that is a data bill for R2619.44. I have since been battling to get an breakdown of this bill without success.

I have no isse paying the amount but I need to know what it is made up of, seeing that when the bundles that came with the data package were used up, I could no longer use the internet. I have had this contract for 2 months and this is the highestbill ihave received in that period. What boggles my mind is that this in the one month where I used the service for the shortsest time but it is the one with the highest invoice.

Prior to this, my account was never in arrears so I would like an explanation from someone. I would hate for this to be the end of teh road for Vodacom contacts and myself.
