This is my 6th complaint about the same matter. More I complain more they Nashua becomes NASTY
Nashua Mobile is definitely ran by a group of unscrupulous and liars;
1. First they indicated that my line 083 631 3261 is owned by MTN
2. Later they said it's owned by Altech Autopage
I contacted both operators and they obviously confirm that my number is still with Nashua Mobile. I invite
anyone to call MTN and Altech Autopage for confirmation.
The worst is that my number has been DELIBERATELY set on voicemail by Musa Mbatha and Meagan du Plessis (from the legal department), hence my potential clients leave tons of messages without any response from me.
I completed a 6 month contract in September 2012. I have not be working (getting new contract) since then probably because my potential clients cannot contact me on this number which I have since 1998 (15 years now).
NB: I fully settled my account in July 2012 but my profile on ITC was still reflecting (in November 2012) that I did pay even a cent.
I becoming clair that only the court will help me settle this matter:
1. Recover my lost of income from October 2012
2. Have my number ported to another operator.
