I have now reported this issue to the 808 call center twice, this is my 2nd complaint on HelloPeter and I have logged a billing query on the MTNActive's website, still no response on rectifying my problem.
The 808 call centre, after a long time of investigating, why I had data charges against my account even though my data usage is well under my 2GB data bundle threshold, they realized that since October 2012 I have been billed for my 2GB data bundle and only been given 500MB worth of data?? Apparently something went wrong when they started with their new data bundles and this was never rectified it seems??
I have been paying bills well in excess of R2K per month all of this due to their system not working. All I requested was a recon since October last year and I want all the excess data charges refunded, but I don't seem to be getting anywhere?
Please can someone assist in this matter!
