Went to Clearwater to pay my MTN account, I paid the amount the consultant advised then yesterday discovered they have placed my line on a hardlock (can't receive or make outgoing calls). I obivously couldn't get hold of them I tried dialling 808 and got no answer, then got my step father to give them a call just for him to find out it has been locked because I underpaid by R11.00. Why didn't the consultant advise? And why put it on a hard lock? A soft lock would seem more appropriate. It bad not being able to make calls, but it's worse when you cannot receive calls and all that just for R11.00. Please put my line on softlock or unlock it and take the R11.00 with the next debit. It's not my fault the staff at Clearwater are incompotent and cannot read a simple account, I should not be the one punished.
