Ok, i am just sick to death with this service provider. firstly, i was suppose to be have refunded by Ntombi on the 13/01/2013 in the response i was RECHARGED!!! NOW, i find out that my phone services have been suspended due this R56.67 outstanding which cell c was once again suppose to REFUND ME!!! I have been to 3 different branches, here at tygervalley, Thuso Mpopo could not really explain... the manager Anton Baatjies, just kept asking for a ref number, NO assisstance. i am just sick and fed up wih this back service. is there SOMEONE at cell c that can fix my problem without me riding out to different branches and riding to the customer service centre where there is NO SERVICE!!!
