Weakest service that I have ever come across

I have been talking with a lady from Nashua M fresh from Primary school i think, the image of Nashua Mobile has diminished to zero Worst service provider in my opinion, I have a soft lock facility on Nashua device meaning any cell phone usage that exceed my bill will then automatically update and softlock my account, I entered a text message competition almost to a shocking amount close to R3000 I got a text message your account has been softlock called in queried it no Sir you entered a competition immediately when account is this high we soft-lock your device we would immediately assume its, Fair enough it could be why did you not soft lock my account when exceed R350 as proposed, No Sir the system is not guaranteed it depends when the systems updates, Sure can a technical consultant call me back so that you can give me detailed break down when your system gets monitored its been two weeks no reply, I was terrorized, by this Dimonet Wolmarans with legal action and a payment date i told her 26 July 2013 she would not accept it what the, I paid arreas on account on my of R350 june 26 .I sent a prove phone back on My device is soft locked again help please
