After numerous fallbacks with Vodacom service, I issued my phone in for repairs in November after fighting for over a month i was given a replacment of the Nokia E7.This was said to be new, but had no packaging or anything to prove this, I accepted but informed Tracy & Rochelle, if i have problems i would bring it back. Now the phone doesnt come one, its only about 4 months & the problems start. Vodacom stated to me they hav no loan phone for me & i am on leave from the 29 March 2013 for a month. How do i manage without my main means of contact when i am in sales & require this. After the mishaps you have, the service i recieve and the complaints i send through, its time its noticed how bad the Vodacom service truely is. I need a replacement phone as of NOW and URGENTLY.
