The cell c store at the lakeside mall in benoni is the worst service centre i have been to, its taking them 4weeks to process a cancellation and create a new contract for me. and on top of that they are wasting my time calling to come and telling me to come back again but its more like they do not know what they are doing. the worst was when they called me on monday to say i can come but when i got there they said i should return thursday and thursday they said friday, friday they said monday. like really guys you need to start taking people seriously we dont enjoy walking in and out of your store.
