I've gone back and forth with your customer service department and nothing is yet to be done. I'm not living in S.A at the moment and your company upgraded me to a new contract without my consent. You claim you spoke to someone that confirmed all the security checks you did, but I call B.S when I requested a copy of the so called call you didn't provide it. I will contact a lawyer before the weeks out if you do not cancel that contract! I will not be held responsible for a contract I did not agree to my 24 months is up and I want this contract over! I repeat I will not pay early cancellation fees nor will I continue to pay the monthly deduction.
I want you to CANCEL this contract as I'm highly irritated by your lack of responsibility and will no longer do business with your company if this continues.
