this is now the 3rd time I'm sending you a report, every time you tell me someone will come back to me. i send you a report on the 7th of January and no one has come back to me. can someone just tell me what the is going on with you people. why cant you sort out this matter. is it just good enough for you to get the clients' money and not delivering a proper service.
how long must i still wait for you to sort out this matter. i am tired of waiting for someone to come back to me and no one gets back. i demand a proper solution from you people.
how can i pay for a contract with the phone most of the times in the store. its about time that you should seriously look into this matter and give the client a bit the benefit. i requested in the first place another model of handset and everything would've been sorted out.
please, i urge you to sort this matter out as swiftly as possible
