The quality of the MWEB uncapped (Shaped) service has deteriorated dramatically.
The problem is 2-fold:
1) International bandwidth has been severely impacted
2) MWEB does not notify its customers of problems with the quality.
To address point #1: An uncapped subscriber pays a fixed fee every month. This means that, regardless of the service delivered, a person pays the fee. This type of service should have higher availability, otherwise the product is paid for but not delivered upon, and hence a bad service.
To address point #2: Please put a notification system in place if there's a problem. It isn't that difficult.
