Talking Points - Why offer them?

Dear Vodacom

I am extremely unhappy with the way your network handles phones distributed by your "talking points" system. More than a month ago I decided it was time to make use of my talking points, as I was at a point where I was losing points every month. Initially, I went to the Vodashop in Gateway and asked for a Sony Xperia Tipo. My details were taken down, and I was never contacted, more than a month has passed now. 2 weeks ago, I decided to try again, this time I went to the Vodashop in Pavillion. I decided to take the Nokia Lumia 510, as Vodacom sent me an SMS, saying I could take this phone for 1500 points. Awesome! A very friendly consultant by the name of Oz assisted me with placing my order. Its now 2 weeks, and "Vodacom still has no stock". Come on now? Is this how you treat your customers with your "loyalty" programme? I am not feeling rewarded! Check my number, and look at the THOUSANDS I have spent over the last year. Is this how I should be treated for my "reward"? Its at a stage now where I feel like I have to beg Vodacom... Not cool guys...
