I was suppose to be contacted on Friday by Brian Maleka before close of business, but still nothing. I was at Autopage brach in Cape Gate, where they sent the same query to head office, but once again, and not surprisingly, I have not had a call yet. And that was Tuesday last week, 6 working days back.
This is the 3rd time that Autopage is charging me incorrectly, and I think this is enough. Double charging me for migration, then charging me for services I did not request, and now this GPRS data. ENOUGH!!!
Clearly Autopage does not want to correct the situation, and I do not want to be on the receiving end of this incompetance anymore.
I have logged this with the National Consumer Commission as well.
