Business contract delay

I suspect Vodacom do not want to give business contracts to small businesses, what they do is to badly train their staff to deal with contract dragging the process out making it so unpleasant for the customer and hope the customer will give up. My son is now in his 5 day of trying to open a Red package contract in his business name and everyday when he goes back to the shop to follow up another document is outstanding. The worst part is each outstanding document goes in the Que. for approval that can take up to 4 hours then they want another document! Is there not a check list of what is needed from the start! What a waste of time! Pathetic
