I called within 7days to have my faulty phone returned, booked it in with the agent who confirm the delivery dep would call my for collection & re-delivery on the new phone. I have received no call back to arrange collection & delivery as discussed by the sales agent Nomasa. I have called 3 times since. A 2nd agent sent a msg to Nomasa to call me back. Still no response! I am tired of repeatedly calling which takes up to 20mins each time. Why should I have to!
