Good day, i am very unhappy regarding insurance on my phone i have send in my phone for repairs in the first week of September 2013 - 2 weeks after the phone was send in Altech phoned us to inform us the the claim is approved and will send us a new phone it is now 3 weeks after that phone call that we are still waiting on my phone to be send through, my problem is they are very eager to say to us get insurance on the phone and very eager in taking off that money monthley but if it comes to claims it takes for ever, i am now 5 weeks without a phone and it is costing me business wich i can not afford to loose, i will not tolerate this kind of service. they constantly tell me they have no stock on the i phone 5s but if i go to vodacom, mtm, cell c, game, incrediblle connections you name it everyone has stock so how is it possible that they do not have stock? i have spoken to everyone working at Altech autopage they even know my face by now but they have this no care attetude and just saying we will phone you if your stock arrives. and yet i am still waiting.!!!
